While we endeavor to deliver products that resemble their appearance on the website, it’s important to understand that natural wood-based products are inherently unique. Each piece of furniture possesses distinctive characteristics. Wolfwoods Works does not guarantee the precise finish, color, shade, or appearance of the final product ordered by the user. The quality of products, services, information, or other materials acquired through our website may vary from your expectations. In the event of significant material damage to a product, the customer must inform the delivery personnel and provide photographic evidence of the damage via email to support@wolfwoodsworks.com at the time of receiving the product. Wolfwoods Works will review the evidence and take necessary action in accordance with our Warranty & Replacement terms.

**Pricing Information**

Product prices are detailed on our website and are based on market perceptions. All prices are denominated in Indian rupees and are subject to change at Wolfwoods Works’ discretion. In the event a product is inaccurately priced due to typographical errors or other factors, Wolfwoods Works reserves the right to reject, cancel, modify, or take appropriate action to rectify the error. This applies regardless of whether an order confirmation has been issued or payment has been made. If payments have already been made, and your order is confirmed, accepted, rejected, canceled, or modified due to an inaccurate price, we will refund any payments made for the affected item(s). We will not be liable to ship the product at an incorrect price, especially under adverse business conditions. If such errors are discovered, we will make corrections in our system to the best of our ability. The corrected price or other information will be communicated to you and will be applied to your purchase order(s).

**Delivery & Shipping**

We offer personal delivery of products to your doorstep within our designated territory. Wolfwoods Works has a Pan India shipping network, and we endeavor to deliver items to your cities within 21 days from the close of sale, subject to practical constraints.

Upon completing your online furniture purchase and receiving payment for the product price and applicable location-wise delivery charges, Wolfwoods Works will send a confirmation email to your registered email address, informing you of the scheduled delivery date. We will deliver your purchased furniture to your location, provided your premises are accessible within the reach of our existing Wolfwoods Works branches. You are responsible for ensuring that access to your desired location is suitable for furniture delivery. Wolfwoods Works will not accept product cancellations or rejections at the time of delivery due to access issues, such as small doorways, insufficient space for furniture maneuvering, or road inaccessibility to delivery vans.

We strive to fulfill deliveries on the specified date. However, the delivery date is an estimate, and if we are unable to deliver on time, we will notify you using the contact numbers and/or email address registered in your profile.

In cases of custom orders or out-of-stock items, we will inform you via email. If you fail to accept delivery of the goods, Wolfwoods Works may charge you for additional shipping costs. If your purchased furniture remains at our warehouse for more than one week, and you fail to accept delivery or re-delivery (despite our attempts to contact you), Wolfwoods Works reserves the right to cancel your order and retain up to 20% of the order value.

Upon delivery of products, Wolfwoods Works will provide a warranty card, invoice, and dispatch papers before installing the products. In the case of gift purchases, special messages or greetings may be included to the extent possible. We currently ship all over India. Please note that purchases made within one week of Diwali may experience delivery delays due to the festive season and holidays.

**Indemnity & Liability**

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Wolfwoods Works harmless from any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements) arising from any breach or non-performance of your representations, warranties, covenants, agreements, or obligations under these terms.
