Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled unless canceled within one (1) hour of placing the order. No cancellations will be allowed after this one-hour window, and no refunds will be provided. If one hour has passed from the time of order placement, the full amount paid by the customer will be considered forfeited.
Return Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every product you order from us. We stand behind the quality of our products.
Eligibility of Return
- Damaged: In the unlikely event that any product ordered arrives in poor condition and is damaged beyond repair.
- Difference: If the item delivered to you is different from the original item ordered (wrong SKU).
Not Eligible for Return
- Relocation: In the event of dismantling the item for relocation, reassembly, etc., we are not responsible for any damage to the product.
- Self-Assembly: If the customer installs the product themselves or uses an unauthorized third-party vendor for assembly.
Process and Timelines
Step 1: Follow the Below Process for Returns
- Case 1 – Company Installed Products: At the time of delivery, the customer must make a video of the damaged or different product, explaining why it is eligible for return.
- Case 2 – DIY Products: At the time of delivery, the customer must make a video unboxing the product, removing each component, and assembling the product. Any damage or differences in the product should be pointed out in the video.
Step 2: Submit Video/Images and Invoice Details
Submit the video/images and invoice details to support@wolfwoodsworks.com or call us at +91-6367703643 Our internal support team will then provide you with a resolution.
Evaluate and Pick-Up
- Your return request will undergo an evaluation process, which may take up to 7 working days.
- The Customer Support team will evaluate return requests, and an expert visit may be scheduled if required. The resolution will be based on the technician’s evaluation report.
- Return pick-up of the product will be scheduled after the technician’s evaluation and your subsequent interaction with our Customer Support team.
- The product must be in its original, brand new condition and packaging. Items must be unused and free from soil or stains. No return or exchange will be allowed if the product has been used.
- Please retain the original packaging of the product, along with the user manual, warranty slip, and other accessories for a successful pick-up.
- The product will be picked up from the original shipping address of the order as per your convenience.
- All returns will be processed at the sole discretion of Wolfwoods Works.
Other Exclusions
Variations due to Natural Characteristics of Material: Wood and leather are natural materials with their own unique characteristics such as color, texture, grains, wrinkles, and more. These materials may react differently to changing climates, which can lead to minor variations in appearance. While we make efforts to minimize these variations, they are inherent to the materials and do not constitute defects.
Tolerance: All our products are made with a tolerance of (+/- 10mm) in dimension and size. Differences in the hardness or softness of seating are normal and do not signify poor workmanship or defects.
If a purchased item cannot fit into the home or room due to measurements or other factors, the customer is responsible for return costs and a 25% restocking fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to measure the room, delivery path, and consider color variations before purchase.
Please note that all recommendations or advice provided by the Company regarding installation or product usage are without liability on the part of the Company, its servants, or agents.
By proceeding with your order, you fully agree and understand the above-mentioned terms and conditions regarding SALE, WARRANTY POLICY & RETURN POLICY. If a rare product is specially ordered for a customer, it may be on a no-return/refund basis, and this will be communicated to the customer at the time of purchase.
NOTE: Customer hereby agrees, and Wolfwoods Works reiterates that the Warranty Terms shall not be construed as a “Guarantee” on the goods/materials. Wolfwoods Works shall not be liable for a complete replacement or recall of goods/materials sold, and the liability of Wolfwoods Works shall be strictly limited and subject to the Warranty Terms.
