We currently offer shipping to locations all across India. However, if your region or city is not covered in our delivery network and you wish to purchase a product from Wolf Woods Works please reach out to us. Our team will work on finding a suitable solution and provide you with an update within 1 – 3 working days.
- Shipping Charges and Installation:
For products ordered online at https://wolfwoodsworks.com/ , shipping and delivery are entirely free of charge. In certain cases, for products purchased in-store, a nominal delivery fee may apply at the discretion of the store manager.
- Estimated Delivery Time:
To determine the estimated delivery time, please enter your pincode while placing your order. The estimated delivery time depends on various factors including product availability and your location. Typically, products are dispatched within a day of order confirmation.
- Order Tracking:
You can easily track your order in real-time by logging into your Wolf Woods Works account. Within the “My Order” section, you’ll find an intuitive infographic that displays the progress of your order on a linear timeline.
- Furniture Fit and Installation:
We are confident that all our furniture will fit perfectly into your space. However, if you have any doubts, please don’t hesitate to call our helpline. We provide precise measurements for our furniture. For products that require installation, please decide on the exact location in your home where you’d like to place them and ensure you have obtained any necessary approvals, such as for drilling or wall fixtures.
- Product Inspection Upon Arrival:
When your product arrives, carefully inspect all external surfaces for any issues such as breakages, cracks, chip-offs, unfinished areas, or signs of borer or insect infestations. If you encounter any of these issues, please bring them to our attention. We will promptly address any minor concerns. Please note that after our delivery team leaves your location, we can only address manufacturing defects and other issues covered in our warranty policy.
- Receiving a Damaged Product:
If your product arrives with any damage or issues, please inform our technician immediately. We will arrange for repairs or a replacement for minor issues. For more serious problems, please contact us through our support number, and we will promptly replace the product.
- Delayed Deliveries:
