Once an order is placed on our website at https://wolfwoodsworks.com/, it cannot be canceled unless canceled within one (1) hour of receiving the order. No cancellations will be accepted beyond this one-hour window, and no refunds will be issued. If one hour has elapsed from the date of the order, the full amount paid by the customer will be considered forfeited.
Return Policy
At Wolf Woods Works, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every product you purchase from us. We stand behind the quality of our products. Please note that our products are generally sold on a non-return basis unless they are damaged, different from what you ordered, or incorrectly delivered (refer to clause I below).
All return requests must receive prior approval from our company. We reserve the right to inspect the goods to be returned, and the return process must follow our company’s prescribed procedure. The customer is required to retain signed return documentation as proof of the return.
Unless the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered, a restocking fee of 15% will apply to all returned goods. This fee must be paid within 15 days of the end of the month in which the product is replaced.
I. Eligibility for Return
You may be eligible for a return in the following cases:
- Damaged: If any product you ordered arrives in poor condition and is damaged beyond repair.
- Difference: If the item delivered to you differs from the original item you ordered (wrong SKU).
II. Not Eligible for Return
The following situations are not eligible for product returns:
- Relocation: If you dismantle the item for relocation, reassembly, or other purposes, Wolf Woods Works will not be responsible for any damage to the product.
- Self-Assembly: If you, the customer, or an unauthorized third-party vendor installs the product where assembly is required.

III. Process and Timelines
Step 1: When attempting to return a product, please ensure you follow the process outlined below. Failure to follow this process may result in us being unable to accept the return:
- Case 1: Company Installed Products – At the time of delivery, the customer must create a video showing the damaged or different product and explain why it is eligible for return.
- Case 2: DIY products – At the time of delivery, the customer must create a video unboxing the product, removing each component, and assembling the product. Any damage or differences in the product should be highlighted in the video.
Step 2: Submit the video/images and invoice details to support@wolfwoodsworks.com or call us at +91-6367703643. Our internal support team will then provide you with a resolution.
IV. Evaluation and Pick-Up
Your return approval will undergo an evaluation process, which will take approximately 7 working days. Return requests are assessed by our Customer Support team, and if necessary, an expert visit may be scheduled. Please note that the resolution will be based on the technician’s evaluation report.
Return pick-up of the product will be scheduled after the technician’s evaluation and your subsequent interaction with our Customer Support team. The product must be in its original brand new condition and packaging, unused, and free from soil or stains. No return or exchange will be allowed if the product has been used.
Please retain the original packaging, user manual, warranty slip, and other accessories to ensure a successful pick-up. The product will be picked up by Wolf Woods Works from the original shipping address as per your convenience.
All returns will be processed at the sole discretion of Wolf Woods Works.
Other Exclusions:
- Variations due to Natural Characteristics of Material:
- Wood and leather are natural materials with inherent characteristics such as color, texture, grains, wrinkles, and more. These materials may react differently to climate changes, which can lead to superficial cracks in wood or creases in leather. While we make efforts to minimize these variations, they are part of the natural charm of these materials, and Wolf Woods Works cannot be held liable for them.
- Tolerance:
- Our products have a tolerance of +/- 10mm in dimension and size. Differences in seating comfort may occur due to construction, foam, fabric, or material used, which is normal and does not indicate poor workmanship or defects. Wolf Woods Works is not responsible for such variations.
If a delivery is refused because the purchased item(s) cannot fit into the home or room(s) by the delivery agents, the customer is responsible for all return costs and a 25% restocking fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to measure the room(s) and delivery path before purchase/delivery, considering color variation, etc.
Without limiting the foregoing, all recommendations or advice given by or on behalf of Wolf Woods Works regarding installation or use of the goods are provided without liability on our part, including that of our servants or agents.
